📦 Orders

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this number.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return instead.

Order changes (size, color, address) are possible within 1 hour. Please contact us immediately at support@enmostore.com.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

🚚 Shipping

Yes! Shipping is completely free on orders over ₺500. Standard shipping is ₺29.90 for orders below this threshold.

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (₺59.90) delivers in 1–2 business days.

We ship with Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo and MNG Kargo. The carrier used will be stated in your order confirmation.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Email us at support@enmostore.com with your order number. We will send you a return code and instructions. Return shipping is free.

You can return products within 30 days of delivery, unused and with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 days.

Yes! Follow the return process and specify the size/color you want in your request. We will process the exchange free of charge.

💳 Payment

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) via PayTR with 3D Secure, and cash on delivery.

Yes. All payments are processed by PayTR with 3D Secure authentication. We do not store your card details.

Yes, an additional ₺15 cash on delivery fee applies to orders paid at the door.

Each product page includes a Size Guide link. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, as sizing may vary between products.

All products sold on Enmo Store are 100% genuine. We work directly with suppliers and authorized distributors.

It means the product is temporarily unavailable. You can contact us and we will notify you when it's back in stock.

👤 Account

You can shop as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders and manage returns more easily.

Contact us at support@enmostore.com with your registered email and we will help you reset your password.

Email addresses cannot be changed directly for security reasons. Please contact us if you need to update your email.
