Unconditional returns and exchanges within 30 days.
Return Conditions
You can return products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Product must be unused and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Receipt or order number is required.
How to Return
Email support@enmostore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return code and shipping label within 24 hours.
Pack the product securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier branch.
Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the package.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Bank processing times may vary. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
You can exchange products for a different size or color within 30 days. Follow the same return process and specify the replacement product in your request.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned after 30 days
